HOW, WHEN &WHERE?

Feeling overwhelmed? Totally get it... let me help by pre-answer some of your concerns and issues.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK?

I recommend booking as soon as you have your date in mind, about 2-3 months in advance for a newborn shoot to check in with me and my travel plans, a few weeks before a family shoot and 6 to 12 months in advance for weddings. I take a limited amount of weddings a year to be sure to give my full attention to each couple. But never hesitate to reach out with short notice!
 

WHAT TO WEAR?

Wear what makes you feel comfortable and yourself. That WILL come across in the pictures/photos! Try and stay away from bold prints, statement shirts, unless it makes sense for the shoot. Please feel free to bring outfit changes or back up shirts in case of snack and ice-cream accidents. Fun and cool props are welcome too, but I can't promise to incorporate everything!

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

If the weather is not cooperative, we'll either move the shoot indoors or reschedule. I'll contact you the day before our session if the weather looks bad. I have many great ideas for indoor public spaces if you feel like a home session isn't your thing. Portrait and Kiddo sessions can be either at location or in my studio. Also a Breather Space could be arranged upon request. This expense will be added to the invoice!

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?

Rescheduling is no problem up to 2 weeks n advance of your session. We'll find a new session date that works for both of us at no charge. I ask for a $200 non refundable retainer fee to hold your date when you book. If you'd like to cancel or reschedule less than 2 weeks prior your session, the deposit will not be returned.

DO I GET THE DIGITAL FILES?

Yes, all of the final digital files are included in each package. The amount of images depends on the package you choose. After your shoot, you will receive a personal online gallery where you will be able to view a online gallery with fully edited images. Please download and print your heart away.

CAN I SEE ALL THE PROFS FROM MY SESSION?

The photographer decide and edits which images will be in your final gallery. But a viewing link with ALL the proofs can be provided if interested. Here you will have a dialog with the photographer about the selecting process of your images. Just let her know after your session!

HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCES TO MY IMAGES?

Your images will be available 4 weeks after you receive it and then the gallery will expire. Clients may request a re-opening of their gallery after it has expired. An unarchiving fee of $40 will be incurred.

HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I SET ASIDE FOR FOR THE SESSION?

Every session is different. But I always aim for at least 2 hours for family, baby and kids photography and 2-3 hours for newborn, portraits and maternity. Weddings depends on request.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY IMAGES?

Within 1-2 weeks of your shoot you get all the best pictures from your session in your personal online gallery.
 

WHEN & HOW DO I PAY?

A $200 booking fee to secure your session is paid in advance. The rest of the payment is paid right after your session. Payment is cash, Venmo, checks. Details will be given upon booking a session.

DO YOU TRAVEL? 

Definitely! But it has to be booked and planned in advance. Being a mom to a little lady I need to plan in advance for any shoot +5 miles away, but anything is possible!  Travel fees may apply when more than 45 min away from studio. For weddings out of city, travel and accommodation fee will be added to the invoice or included in the quoted package price.
